Karen has over 20 years of experience successfully delivering a wide range of complex change and transformation programs. Passionate about helping clients achieve transformative and practical change, Karen is particularly adept at collaboratively leading executive teams, and all levels of stakeholders and staff, through actionable, measurable and supported activities to deliver results.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Diploma of Project Management, and is a Certified Practising Project director and a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management. Her career has included stints at large Government and private organisations, as well as running an independent consultancy business.
Karen combines active listening and co-design methodologies with deep domain knowledge in a range of areas including governance, program and project management, business process improvement and procurement to solve complex organisational problems – no matter the size of the problem, or the organisation.
Karen’s role at DDLS People is leading the team behind the team. She leads the development and implementation of DDLS People strategies and policies to achieve our future goals. Karen dips into consulting where required, leading and guiding key major client projects delivered by DDLS People. She is also an accomplished facilitator, helping our clients identify and solve complex business issues.
