Scott has over 20 years of experience in Defence as a serving member of the Australian Army with particular expertise in logistics management, leadership, change management and training and development. He also has management experience in system analysis and general administration.

Since transitioning out of the Australian Army to join the team atLumify People, he has built a solid reputation for versatility and adaptability in delivering quality training and customer service outcomes in a broad range of fields including logistics, operations management, finance and administration. Scott is renowned for his original thinking, tenacious approach to problem-solving and delivering outcomes, and he is a natural high-achiever.

Scott holds over 40 Defence proficiencies, completed a Master of engineering in Integrated Logistics Management at RMIT and has a range of qualifications and certifications in diverse fields including training and assessment, frontline management, occupational health and safety, material administration and human resources.

He is an experienced leader who has achieved both individual and team goals in high-stress military environments in Australia and abroad.
